For Property Managers, Condo Boards and Institutional Owners
See Every Visit at Your Buildings
Your vendors record their work on the app they run their business on. You get one record per building, by date, ready for the board meeting, the owner's email or the 60-day notice.

The Record
Did They Come on Tuesday? The Record Says.
Check-in and check-out times recorded at the building, before and after photos fingerprinted when they're uploaded, the crew's notes, and who signed. Your vendor completes the visit. When someone from the building is there, they sign on the vendor's phone. The record shows exactly who signed, and says plainly when no one from the building did.
- Times recorded on site, not typed in later
- Photos with the time and place they were taken
- The official weather beside each storm visit
- A Record That Shows Any Later Edit In Final Testing

Monthly Board Records
The Board Pack Writes Itself
Every building gets a monthly record: every visit by date, snow visits with salt used, plain counts. No scores, no rankings.

When a Snow or Ice Notice Arrives
Answer the 60-Day Notice from the Record
Ontario requires written notice of a snow or ice injury within 60 days. Pull an evidence packet for that building and that day, on demand: what was done, when, and the official weather.

Your Vendors
Keep Your Vendors. Keep Your Records.
Invite the vendors you already use. It's the same app their own office runs on, so they record the visit once and you both have it.

FAQ
Questions Managers and Boards Ask
No. You invite the vendors you already use, and during the design-partner season we do the onboarding legwork with them.
No. Neufinity is software. You choose, contract with and pay your vendors, as you do today. We don't manage buildings or supervise contractors.
Yes. The board decides who has access, and nobody sees another building's records.
We don't claim that. Neufinity keeps dated records made at the time, with the official weather beside them. Your insurer and lawyer decide how to use them. It isn't legal advice.
You do. You can export them at any time. Using your records to measure vendor quality is a separate opt-in that you can refuse or withdraw, and we don't sell your data.
Read How We Handle DataCanadian hosting is coming in spring 2027. We'll confirm where your data lives, in writing, before you load any records.
The core is free for your buildings. ONE, the optional liability and reporting pack, is priced per door. The details are on the pricing page, and anything specific to your design-partner season goes in the one-page letter of intent.
