1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites also keep information on your device in browser storage. This policy explains both, for neufinity.com and the Neufinity apps.

2. What We Use

• Sign-in and security cookies: keep you signed in, protect your session and sign-in codes, and limit repeated sign-in attempts. The Services do not work without them.
• Preferences on your device: your light or dark theme and similar display choices.
• Field app storage: visit events and photos waiting to upload when a crew member has no signal, and a stored copy of the field app so it opens offline. Cleared when you sign out.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Our public website counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and runs only on the public pages, never inside the app. Our error monitoring does not set cookies either.

3. Third Parties

When you pay through our payment processor, Stripe, it may set its own cookies on its pages to prevent fraud. Its cookie policy applies to those.

On our public website, Cloudflare Web Analytics loads a small script that counts page views. It sets no cookies and keeps nothing on your device.

4. Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block sign-in cookies you will not be able to sign in, and clearing field app storage before uploads finish can lose visit events or photos not yet sent.

5. Changes

If we add any cookie that is not needed to provide the Services, such as analytics, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
