It comes at the end of the season and is published only with your sign-off.
Timeline
From First Call to First Season
October–November 2026
We have a 30-minute conversation and walk through one of your buildings.
By November 30, 2026
If it fits, we sign a one-page letter of intent.
February–March 2027
We onboard your buildings, your contracts and your vendors.
April–November 2027
The season runs, with real visits, weekly check-ins and the changes you ask for.

Plans are on the pricing page. Anything specific to your design-partner season is written into the letter of intent.
No Lock-In
Leave at any time and take a full export of your records.
Your Data Is Yours
Measuring vendor quality from your records is a separate opt-in you can refuse or withdraw. We don't sell your data.
