Snow and Ice
Storm Night, Handled
From Storm On to the last salt run, then the official weather and the proof, on one board.

Before the Storm
Ready Before the First Flake
Your storm agreements say which sites each storm covers. A practice storm on practice sites lets the crew try the whole night first, and routes put each crew's sites in order.
- Storm agreements, per site
- Practice storms that never reach an invoice
- Routes for each crew

During
Every Push and Salt Run, at the Curb
Storm On lines every covered site up on the crew's board. Log a Push and Log Salt are one tap each, the board shows what's done and what's left, and the 7 a.m. deadline is right there.
- The storm board on every crew phone
- Log a Push, Log Salt
- Done and not done, site by site
- The 7 a.m. deadline on the board
- Works with Poor Signal In Final Testing
After
The Official Weather, Then the Invoice
When the storm closes, the nearest Environment Canada station's readings are filed beside it and pulled again as the final figures come in. Then the pushes and salt runs flow into per-push or seasonal invoices.
- Official weather of record with each storm
- A storm summary per site
- Invoices per push or per season, with HST

When a Claim Arrives
Your Customer's Manager Can Pull the Record
Ontario requires written notice of a snow or ice injury within 60 days. Occupiers' Liability Act, s. 6.1 (opens in a new tab)
When one arrives, the property manager you work for can pull the visit records for that day and that building, with the official weather beside them. Your times and photos answer for you.

Questions About Storm Night

Each person signs in on their own phone, and every push and salt run is recorded against the person who logged it.
A closed storm is locked, so its record can't drift. If the snow keeps coming, Continue This Storm opens the next round without losing what was logged.
No. Neufinity keeps dated records of what was done and when, with the official weather beside them. Your customer's insurer and lawyer decide how to use them.
