About

Run the Work. Prove the Work.

Neufinity is software that runs a trade contractor's whole business, starting with snow and landscape, from quote to storm night to invoice. Every visit it records becomes a record the property manager and board can read. We're founder-led and based in London, Ontario.

Neufinity Makes the Software

We don't do the work, manage your building or hold your money.

Contractors do the work and bill their own customers. Property managers and boards run their buildings. Neufinity keeps the record that shows what was done.

Why We Exist

Buildings Run on Work Nobody Can See

Every week, crews clear snow, cut grass and fix things at thousands of buildings. The people who pay for that work, and answer for it, rarely see it happen. When something goes wrong, the record is scattered across phones, inboxes and memory.

In Ontario, a snow or ice injury has to be reported in writing within 60 days. That turns ordinary maintenance records into something that matters a great deal, and most buildings don't have them.

So we start with the contractor. Neufinity runs the contractor's office, and the record the building needs is written as the work happens, at the curb.

Where We Are Today

  • This Fall: the contractor office goes into production, planned for November 2026.
  • This Winter: the first contractor season, storm nights included.
  • 2027: London property managers and boards join as design partners.

What We Believe

Four Principles We Build By

  1. Proof Beats Promises

A vendor's word, an invoice line and an email thread are not a record. A visit with times, photos and the name of whoever at the building signed for it, written at the building, is.

  2. The Buyer Should Hold the Record

The people who pay for the work, and answer for it to owners and insurers, are usually the last to see what happened. We're building it the other way round.

  3. Software, Not a Middleman

We don't manage buildings, supervise crews or take a cut of the work you already have. Managers and boards stay in charge.

  4. Build Only What's Asked For

In 2027 we build what our design partners ask for, and we say plainly what isn't ready yet.
